Why Donate? Donating helps us fund upgrades and new facilities. For instance, in the past five years we have upgraded our commercial kitchen, restroom facilities and added a full size sport court.

Recurring donations help us predict the amount of funds that will be available for our development budget.

You can use the PayPal link below for one-time or recurring donations.

Samish Island Campground and Retreat Center can also accept Stock Donations to the Development Program. The stock is donated at the current appreciated value with no capital gains tax due to the IRS on the increased value of the stock. Please contact us for details.

You can also include the Samish Island Campground and Retreat Center in your estate planning.

Community of Christ members can give via “mission tithes” envelopes or through the “e-tithing” via the Community of Christ website give link.

Not everyone can give financially, and money can’t swing a hammer by itself. We realize a place like Samish Island Campground needs the work of volunteers to keep it in good shape. That’s why we schedule several volunteer work days through out the year. Most notably is our Work Weekend (typically the 2nd weekend in February) and Work Week which in late April or early May of each year.
