Why Donate? Donating helps us fund operating expenses, repairs, upgrades and new facilities while keeping our user fees low. For example over the last several years we have upgraded a number of our cabins, adding new doors, windows, sheetrock, insulation, updating electrical, and replacing our beds with new frames and comfy mattresses.

Samish Island Campground needs the work of volunteers to keep it maintained. The work done by our staff and volunteers helps reduce our operational costs and allows us to keep our fees lower.

We would love for you to join us for our “Wake Up” weekend, where we get the camp ready for the seaon and our work week where we tackly big jobs.  Our Wake Up weekend is typcially the 2nd or 3rd weekend in March and our work week is usually at the end of April or sometime in May.
